Malaysia NERF Dart Tag Tournament 2012 Registration

Please carefully read through the following instructions before submitting your registration particulars in the form provided below.

Registration terms & conditions:

Customers are entitled to participate with minimum RM50 purchase of NERF products insingle receipt from participating Hasbro retailers in August 2012. Original receipt to be retained and presented at tournament for verification and endorsement.

1 qualified receipt may only be used to register 1 player. A player may only register once.

Registration is only accepted online to be submitted by 31st August 2012, 11.59pm.

Update 1, September: Minimum RM50 purchase of new release NERF Elite range and NERF Vortex Pyragon now accepted for participation in OPEN Category only for registration by 8 September 2012, 6pm or while places remain on first-come-first served basis.

Update 2, September: Registration still accepted for Kids Category on waitlist basis, i.e. in event selected players cannot be contacted or fail to RSVP by deadline, waitlist players will be contacted to substitute.

Submission of registration does not imply automatic acceptance into the tournament.

Players accepted into the tournament will be notified via e-mail and/or SMS between 3rd to 5th September 2012 and will be required to RSVP by 6th September 2012, 12pm noon. Players not contactable or failing to RSVP by this deadline forfeit their opportunity to participate.

Confirmed players will need to sign-in at tournament venue. For players under 18 years old, parent / guardian are required to be present to sign-off consent form.

Players agree to abide by the tournament rules and decisions by the organiser's game marshals without dispute.

Players are responsible for security of their own personal belongings and discharge the organiser of any liability.

Players and accompanying family & friends shall allow the organiser the right to use the photos and/or images of the participants for advertising or publicity purposes.

Prizes are not exchangeable for cash. Prizes may be replaced with other prizes of equivalent value without prior notice.

The organiser reserves the right to revise any terms and conditions without prior notice.

Submission of registration implies acceptance these terms & conditions.
